Coy Brantley-Carlos
Coy Brantley-Carlos is a booking agent, advocate, and connector who has spent more than two decades amplifying diverse voices in children’s literature, music, and inspiration. Her career began by representing a family creative, where she quickly saw the need for stronger advocacy and equity in an industry that too often undervalues its talent.
That spark grew into Kaleidoscope Creatives Now: an agency devoted to guiding gifted authors, illustrators, musicians, and speakers onto stages where their voices matter most. Known for her ability to “be the string to your kite and the hinge to your door,” Coy helps creatives rise while staying grounded in purpose.
With a heart for service and a spirit of excellence, she leads KCN with a simple mission: to guide the gifted to greatness so the next generation can dream without limits.
